Drucilla is a versatile shawl that can be crocheted in heavy laceweight up to DK yarn. The wrap pattern can be used with any of those weight yarns and everything in between, including handspun yarn!
The pattern is available in both UK and US crochet terms.
Simple and repetitive V-stitches mean you can mindfully crochet a triangular shawl, increasing the row lengths as you go. If you fancy a really snuggly double thickness hap-style shawl, you can crochet Drucilla corner to corner (C2C).
A simple border is added, either using the same yarn or a contrast colour. Using a simple weight percentage calculation, you can work out how much yarn is needed. The border requires up to 10% of the weight of the main body of the shawl. <<< This is what makes it perfect for handspun yarns. You can use up every last drop of your precious yarn.

Drucilla is a multi yarn weight pattern – one pattern, three yarn weights.
