Scottish Rainbow Blanket

Striped knitted blanket pattern in light grey with earthy Scottish coloured stripes.

Scottish Rainbow Blanket has been designed with my love of Scotland in mind. Every colour used evokes a childhood of beachcombing, running through moors and breathing in Scottish heritage.

The blanket is made using the intarsia knitting method and lovely, squishy garter stitch. Easy row repeats make it a great first intarsia project.

The intarsia stripes are a mirror image, initially working through 12 mini skeins, and then reversing these colours from the centre out.
